- Annual plans within 14 days of the initial charge are eligible for full refunds.
- Monthly plans can be refunded within 7 days of the initial charge.
- Add-ons or usage-based fees are reviewed individually based on circumstances.

- Keep your original payment method active so funds can be returned without delays.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

Subscriptions & Renewals
You stay in control of renewals and ongoing charges.
- You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account to stop future invoices.
- If a renewal was charged unintentionally, contact us within 3 days for review.
- After cancellation, paid access typically continues until the current billing period ends.

Exceptions
We aim to be fair while preventing misuse or fraud.
- Refunds are not available for accounts involved in abuse, spam, or policy violations.
- Significant usage during the billing period may reduce the refundable amount.
- Local taxes or bank fees are set by your provider and may be non-refundable.
